Greetings!
I’m waking up from an afternoon nap that went a little longer than expected. I want to be bright-eyed for the television event of the year: Oprah’s sit down with Meghan and Harry! Yes, I’m a fan of the Royal Family. The Queen is on the back of my money. (I’m Canadian, FYI.) I love juicy behind-the-scenes details, and I anticipate a lot of them in this interview.
In personal news, I bought my dream shoe this week. Once they arrive, I’ll show them to you. I can tell you that they are pink.
And now, all the latest goings-on in the childfree world!
Childfree CLUB!
So this happened! I’ve been mentioning CLUBHOUSE, the audio-only social networking app currently exclusive to iPhone/iPad users. I, along with my podcast co-hosts Isabel and Kristen, have founded Childfree Club.
It’s an inclusive space for childfree people to use and share their knowledge, stories, and childfree resources. There are daily rooms with various moderators talking about relevant topics. You are welcome to join every conversation as a listener or as a speaker.
As of right now, I have 4 invites available. The app is by invite only, so email me if you have an iPhone and wish to join.

I’m a night-owl, so I will be holding late-night chat sessions for anyone awake! I love this app so much. It’s like talking on the phone to your best friends!
And, every Thursday at 5 PM EST, Childfree Girls host an hour-long conversation!

Latest podcast episodes
Episode 38 of Childfree Girls: How Deep is Your Desire to be Childfree?
Childfree Girls received an email from a listener who shared her journey from childfree to wanting to be a mother, childless, and childfree again. Our discussion is to answer the question about the desire that comes with wanting or not wanting to be a parent was built around her story.
You can also LISTEN on Spotify, Apple Podcast, and other major podcast apps.
In this latest episode of Accidental Parenthood, my brother Evan shares his slow descent into anxiety and depression as he bottles up his feelings about the loneliness of his relationship and fatherhood. I also share my experience going to therapy as a teenager. I also ask my brother if he felt any joy coming home at the end of the day.
Accidental Parenthood is available in podcast form on Spotify, Apple Podcast/iTunes, Google Podcast, and more. It’s not on YouTube, tho.
Final thoughts
I was born into a religious cult that I didn’t fully remove myself from until I was 25. I’ve mentioned parts of my experience in blog posts and on my podcast. On Tuesday, March 9th, at 8:30 PM EST, I will be sharing my story on Clubhouse.
Surviving Religion - with LeNora Faye and Sam Cook (another awesome childfree woman). We will be sharing our experiences being born and raised in cults. This is not recorded or reposted as Clubhouse doesn’t allow that. We will make it a weekly session, possibly being turned into a podcast at a later date.
I’ve wanted to share in greater detail my experience, but because I still have a few friends who are active in the organization, I don’t post too much about it out of respect. That being said, I want that society to dissolve. It’s complicated.
I hope you have a wonderful week!
Until next time,
LeNora Faye
